CHROME WARNING!!!
« on: April 16, 2017, 03:43:54 PM »
There are some that are now having "Warning Chrome Update Critical" windows opening in their sites.

THIS IS NOT CHROME!!!

Chrome only updates through the 3 little dots at top-right of your screen under the "X".

If your web browser is constantly being redirected to a fake “Urgent Chrome Update” pop-up, then it is possible that you have an adware program installed on your computer.

I figured it was, but I've not seen it to know. But this is great info in case someone sees it.

Chrome auto-updates on mine so I don't even worry about it. Not that I use it much anyway.
