Title: Chocolate Cheesecake
Post by: Lola on March 03, 2017, 09:52:01 AM
Recipe calls for 18 oreo cookies crumbled...for the crust.  Does that mean I should lick all the cream filling off of them first?   Silly7

I think you need it to help keep the crust melded b/c that's a VERY small amount of butter for a normal sized cheesecake crust. But you can add more butter and lick away!

I assumed the cookie cream was to be left untouched.  I got the idea of licking it off, when hubby asked me if I was going to use the entire cookie.  lol
