Title: Vitamin Water
Post by: Lola on January 12, 2018, 05:50:02 PM
I have NO idea if this website, or info, is legit.  The info makes sense though.  With that said, I have been drinking it lately.  A few a week.  Not much, just wanted a change from regular water.  Figured it couldn't hurt.  What do ya know... figured it wrong!   Silly7

BOTTOM LINE:
One bottle of Vitaminwater provides 50-100% of the recommended upper limit for added sugar. Added sugar, especially fructose, is associated with a variety of diseases and health problems.

A work friend drinks the the "sugar free" version.  She will be surprised by the info I found!

You would think after all I have learned about pet food labels, I would be just a tiny bit more wise.   8)
