So funny you should post this... I was just reviewing it again the other night.

Hubby had asked that I send him some links in an email, so that he could easily forward them to people he meets through work (entertainment lighting).  This was the first one I listed.

The articles on this site are what finally convinced me to go raw... primarily because I felt they are written logically, cite their sources, and are not trying to sell ya something (though there are several references to Lonsdale's books, they also include other sources).

There is a lot to "digest", but well worth taking the time to read each article.
