I ran into this same problem with petedge.com recently. I had to call them to get my account to the new system. Even after they got it moved and I got my account open, it wouldn't let me order.
THEN, after calling back and making a phone order, they got 2 HUGE items of my order messed up. I ordered 2 bulk boxes of pressed rawhides--I got 2 SINGLE rawhides in each flavor for a total of 4 rawhides--NOT the 200 in each of 2 boxes.
It took 2 more phonecalls to get THAT straightened out. Needless to say, I was VERY frustrated with them by that 4th call. They gave me $20 off my next order, but I have to remember to make it before I normally do because it expires after 3 months!
I'm sure they could sit there, look and see that I only make 2 orders a year! The $20 is just to get me to order more often than I normally do, and I might not have a good enough reason to make a big order. UGH
I wonder what's going on with more than one of them changing systems/names???
