Please tell me people don't believe this BS...

Concerning this supplement:  http://www.biologicvet.net/products/biojoint/

"BioJoint is a comprehensive lignan-rich formula that helps increase hormone levels in pets that have been spayed or neutered too early--a potential cause of joint problems."

Are they seriously suggesting that they can bring back/enhance sexual hormones that are lost after surgical menopause/manopause?

I got that quote from this:

"In order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't merely try to train him to be semihuman. The point of it is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming partly a dog." Edward Hoagland
"Thorns may hurt you, men desert you, sunlight turn to fog; but you're never friendless ever, if you have a dog."

I've read over the ingredients at the site, and that stuff is nothing more than a regular joint supplement. First time I've read of anyone claiming hormone replacement/enhancement with one though.

This one concerns me too:

The Sport supplement contains creatine, and I just don't think that's a safe supplement without some close veterinary observance. Our vet wouldn't agree to it, and that's why I say that. It can cause all kinds of problems with dehydration--especially during the summer months.
