Thanks Pookie and Lola. We dropped him off this morning. Will not be calm again until we get him back tonight. Always worry when they need to be sedated.

Thx. He is fine. Was still 'drunk' last night lol. The other cats finally got to sniff him, he is FIV+ and seperate because he likes pouncing on other cats which is often misunderstood and can escalate. His buddy, Willie, doesn't know him anymore. Was still hissing at him this morning.

Was the dental "just" a cleaning, or were teeth extracted?  How is he today?
When I take one of mine to the vet, I take a recently used bath towel of mine.  Before we re-enter the house, I "towel" down the one that went to the vet.  He or she then smells familiar.

Good idea. It was just a teeth cleaning, he is doing great today. Felix had to have two teeth removed last time he was there and I think he needs to go again. He is our elder, I am thankful for every day with him.

So glad that's over with and all is well! I bet you'll notice a difference in behavior now.  Teddy will likely to be more active. :)

Middle Child, Teddy is the most active cat we have besides Jessie our kitten. They like playing together.
