Antibiotics won't help unless they get a secondary, bacterial infection, so some supplements to use are in this article:

I didn't read the link, so maybe it already mentioned lysine, which some folks use to in kitties with feline herpes to slow the growth of the infection.  It's an amino acid, so I don't think it would cause any harm.
