I am well taken care of
« on: February 04, 2018, 08:35:15 AM »
I've been sick in bed for a couple of days.  The first full day (Friday) the only one who joined me was Jennie and she stayed in my arms, glued to me at all times I was in bed.  Yesterday the other two decided it was time to offer their support too.

I couldn't resist taking this picture when I got up for a few minutes., which shows what I have here.

The lump under the sheet is Queen Eva.  After I got back in bed she came out from under the sheet and pulled at the blanket until I lifted it for her to come under and curl up into my midsection.  I took one pic, but I wanted to see if I could pick up her dear murmuring sounds she makes as she settles.  So this 'video' is too dark to see but if you turn up your speakers you will get a nice treat.  This is what I have been hearing since she came to me as a tiny kitten. I love it (and her!) so much. There is one quick glimpse of her EYES in the video at about 40 seconds.

Praying you don't have what I have had.

I don't think I would have known those were cat noises.  Very unusual.

Well, maybe not unusual.  All my cats sound different.  So it would make sense yours wouldn't sound like any of mine.   Doh1

She's made those sounds when rapturing with me since day one.  She also makes them when settling herself, even if I am not touching her.

Here we are today.  yes there are three cats on me.  You'll have to take my word for it.  Wait, I have a video somewhere.... The picture is from today, the video is an old one but shows you what happens as she gets settled.  and now you know what it sounds like too!
