I had to copy this from FB, and I haven't found a link for the whole thing on the actual site yet. Please fill one out.

For our presentation to regulators and industry at the AAFCO Ingredient Definitions Workshop in mid-January - Dr. Hofve has compiled some surveys. We are asking all who can, please provide us with your survey input - this will help us tell regulatory authorities and industry what consumers want from pet food labels. And please share with others (your vet, your pet store, other pet owners and/or any pet professional) - the more data we gather, the better! Deadline for input is December 20th.
