It is pretty.  And it stuck.  The snow did turn to rain later in the day but it stayed cold enough that the rain was unable to wash all of the snow away.

That was at about 7:30 this morning.

I just took this one (5:45 pm).  The difference in the light is interesting isn't it?

Well they expect it up there in the mountains. I'm only in the beginning of the foothills. This past winter was really bad here. It's really bad if hubs doesn't even try to go to work. Enough of that garbage!
