Or maybe New York lawmakers will feel more competitive and pass the ban in 2017, in order to beat new Jersey!

The New Jersey Anti-Declaw Bill A3899 will be voted on by the full NJ Assembly on Monday January 23. If you are a New Jersey resident, please write a letter, email, or call. Please say "I support the Anti-Declaw Bill A3899. Please vote YES."

New Jersey now has representatives in both the assembly and the senate who are advocates of the declaw bill.  The voters spoke with their votes.  Maybe this will be the year of the first STATEWIDE ban.

It just makes me sick that there have to be LAWS to make vets stop.
