Breathe-Right ™ strips
« on: December 11, 2016, 06:09:11 PM »
I've been using these.  I don't use them every night or even most nights.  Just when I find myself waking again and again from snoring or not breathing. I get up, wipe my nose skin with a little rubbing alcohol, then put one on. It helps.

They work pretty well.  They come off easy and the adhesive washes away with soap.

I am using the "Extra Clear Sensitive Skin" ones

Thanks for the info!  I may pick some up for hubby and HOPE he tries them.  We ALL could use a good night of sleep.  :)
