So far he has eaten a good breakfast and lunch.  Still acting odd though.
I REFUSE to worry what could be wrong... if not his teeth.

No pain meds.  *sigh*

Arrows ate all 3 meals today.  All meals were made really soupy.  Almost his total normal intake.  Not pawing at his mouth, but he's still "under the weather."  Not his usual active self.

So glad he's eating. At this point, that is the most important thing. xx

All test results are "lovely."  I'll get copies of the test results when I go on Tuesday, as we are moving forward with the dental.

Arrows is eating every meal.  Not with gusto, but he is eating.  He is SO not himself though.
I feel awful not being able to get him in sooner for a dental.  Tues. was the soonest.  It would have been even longer with the other vet.
It really pizzes me off.  I'm the one that is SUPPOSED to care for him.  Speak FOR him.  Yet here we are.... nothing being done for him.

Ok, say it with me:  We do the best we can.   Silly7  You got him in as soon as you could.  It's not your fault they didn't have anything for him earlier.  And you ARE doing something for him:  you're doing everything you can to keep him eating, and he is.  That's HUGE.

I'm not mad at myself.  I mad that he feels like poo, has for days.... and yet he has to wait more days for relief.  It is cruel.

Here's the words that have saved me AT THE VET"s office MANY times:

"My mom. . .I'm doing all I can. Things just aren't the same at home anymore."
"In order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't merely try to train him to be semihuman. The point of it is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming partly a dog." Edward Hoagland
"Thorns may hurt you, men desert you, sunlight turn to fog; but you're never friendless ever, if you have a dog."

Arrows ate lunch and dinner, without water and without hesitation yesterday.  He slept with me last night.  Was up bright and early with everyone else.
Before each meal, he runs around the dining room table.  He has always done that, but he hasn't been doing it for the last several days.  He did it today, before breakfast.
He is "talking" and running around today.
WOW... what a mystery!
