Drone finds elderly woman missing in cold in minutes

The 81-year-old woman with dementia was reported missing Nov 5 in North Carolina. The Randolph County Sheriff's Office deployed a drone and was able to find the woman in 25 minutes. She was in a nearby cornfield and might have gotten lost in the cold weather had the drone not enabled deputies to spot her quickly and take her home.

"With technology, we can."  Forgot where I heard that, but it fits.
"In order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't merely try to train him to be semihuman. The point of it is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming partly a dog." Edward Hoagland
"Thorns may hurt you, men desert you, sunlight turn to fog; but you're never friendless ever, if you have a dog."
