Suggested Guideline for Posting Info
« on: June 24, 2011, 06:45:52 PM »
A good ol' healthy debate can be a good thing!

Let's gather some suggestions that will, hopefully, aid in filtering out any confusing information which will cloud the truths for those looking for the information some of us wished we'd had before it was too late:

Citing websites is great when we want to "back up" what we're saying, however even what appears to be the most convincing information will lose "credibility" when presented by somebody "plugging" their own product/service.

There are many great resources out there, especially by Veterinarians such as Drs Pierson, M.W. Fox, et. el   -- as well as, knowledgeable cat owners with blogs also providing the information with no ulterior motive/nothing to sell.  (Especially partial to those who have the proof; getting their Diabetic cats into remission is a quite convincing example!)

The more of these on the Forum, the better!!

When it comes to our little carnivores, good ol' Encyclopedic references are also a personal favorite especially when debating against the more popular "mainstream" Veterinary views because all the clever marketing in the world isn't going to change the facts.
