Dreamed about cats - yikes!
« on: May 25, 2018, 07:06:22 AM »
It was one of those dreams you have after you wake up, think about getting up, then go back to sleep instead. The beginning of the dream has fallen into haziness, but then I was in my house and all these black cats swarming around my living room, plus Tolly, and specifically one black and white nursing female cat (could tell she was nursing by her nipples.)

Tried to let the nursing female back outside, she didn't want to go, but Queen Eva went out instead.  Panic mode until I got Queen Eva in.  I THINK, by the end the female had made it outside.

I don't know what that was all about, but I'd like to remind you TOLLY SWEET PEA Angel, that there is no room at the inn, and I do not want any more cats.

Maybe he was just showing me some of his new friends in heaven. He does that sometimes.

I do.  I say it all the time. I have no desire to add to my work load or worry. Or expense for that matter. Queen Eva is my last.

Once I am catless, if I find I need cats I will long-term foster seniors. But first, if I am still hale and hearty by then, I'm going visiting.

I think that kind of dream (if it were about dogs anyway) would give me have enough happy to run on for at least a month. I wonder if I'd sneeze like in real life if I dreamed about cats?
"In order to really enjoy a dog, one doesn't merely try to train him to be semihuman. The point of it is to open oneself to the possibility of becoming partly a dog." Edward Hoagland
"Thorns may hurt you, men desert you, sunlight turn to fog; but you're never friendless ever, if you have a dog."

Visiting who or where?

We're talking at least 10 years in the future.  Do I have to answer now?  funny2
