Everyone has their own comfort zones.
Is yours showing as received yet?
Nope, but I got my state refund in the mail today, and I sent that at the same time. I printed out the USPS tracking info and will stop by H&R Block tomorrow to ask what, if anything, I need to do about the situation, e.g. file a late return . . .
I had stopped by the Post Office a couple of weeks ago when it was showing it was In Transit. The woman there checked online herself but she couldn't see any more information that I could
and told me to give it more time as the post office that delivers to the IRS was probably slammed. Well, I'm sure it was busy, but it's not like I waited until the last minute! That was the whole point -- I sent it on March 1st.
*sigh*
And if anyone is thinking that maybe this experiene will make me eFile from now on . . . you'd be wrong.
