Oh Shadow!
Keep yourself cool, take cool showers, as many as necessary.
I had a friend who got heatstroke from wearing a character costume
inside a hotel. The costume was a full character, like a mascot type thing... So, even though the hotel was a/c, the costume made him sweat like crazy. He ended up going to the hospital for heat exhaustion/dehydration.
A few days later, after he had supposedly recovered, he was at our house and suddenly had a relapse! It was a warm day, and we had no a/c at the time (WA.. who needs a/c?). He spiked a temp, and started to pass out. We had to get him into our shower and run cool water over him (hubby helped with that). He recovered, but was still "sick" for a few more days after.
So.... even if you think you are feeling better, really pay close attention to what your body is telling you. Cool showers are your friend.
