Vacuum
« on: August 19, 2018, 11:23:18 AM »
Lowe's has the Dyson allergy/animal blue ball on sale for 199 instead of 469 and accepted my Lowe's customer card with 10%. I vacuumed the house yesterday. Just kitchen/living room was a full canister of cat hair.

I bought an expensive handheld Dyson a few years ago.  Dyson made the battery too heavy to keep a connection.  The vacuum would cut off and on.  Mannnnnnny people complained and PROVED fault was with the heavy battery, NOT the customer.  Dyson did nothing.

I hold a grudge.

EDIT:
I'm glad you are happy with your purchase though!

We had issues with Roomba. Twostep liked to ride on it. Thought it was the thing to do. Well, I was on the phone with a candidate while Roomba decided to clean the drive way and move onto the street. It did not escape but had a limited life span. Maybe the new ones are better?

Dyson customer service is marginal at best. We killed the original yellow one. But for that price and light weight it will last two years. The old one will go to a co worker who needs one badly. We have no carpet; tile and hardwood and rugs collected over the years.

Is this the one?  I ask because I don't see the words "blue ball" in the description online.

EDIT:
I'm thinking you meant big ball.   :-X

The full sized one.

Oh okay.  Thanks.  If I was going to forgive Dyson  Silly7, I wanted the stick vac.
