YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS VIDEO?
Well since I am writing as my company I will bite my tongue.
Let's talk in generalities.
When the first ingredient is listed as something like Chicken or Beef in a dry food product the ingredients panel is listed by weight, so what that means is the wet ingredients are listed in their moisture laden state and weight. The end product and all the other ingredients are listed with their dry weights, so what happens when you remove the moisture from the Chicken or the Beef? Well commonly they become negligible ingredients or end up more in the middle of the ingredients panel than the as the first ingredient. Meaning their dry weights are much lower on the ingredients panel than you would believe. I know from my experience that most pet food labels are not exactly clear about what's actually in the bag. So I am not keen on the style of marketing involved in dry pet food commercials.
