Walk, Ride, Rodeo
« on: March 16, 2019, 09:50:31 AM »
If you have Netflix (it might be available elsewhere as well), Walk, Ride, Rodeo is a good movie.  FAIRLY family friendly.  There was a crash scene that was a bit yucky for me.  If you watch a lot of movies, you likely won't notice.

The movie is based on a true story.

Quote
Tells the incredible true story of Amberley Snyder, a nationally ranked rodeo barrel racer who defies the odds after barely surviving a car accident that leaves her paralyzed from the waist down.

The real life sister of Amberley did all the stunts before Amberley was paralyzed.
The real Amberley did her own stunts for the parts after she was paralyzed.
I thought that was kinda cool.

You can watch the trailer here:  https://www.netflix.com/title/80995799

Thank you! Time to interrupt the series of guts and gore SO has been watching the last couple of days.
Whoever came up with auto correct should have to take out the trash every night.

As far as I know I pay only for disc rental. 2 a month $5 and change. I can't see me sitting here in this chair to watch a movie on this tiny screen  anyway. My desk is not comfortable.  :)

I wouldn't want to watch a movie on my computer either.
My DD watches Netflix on her iPhone for something to do on the train ride to her work.  Different strokes, for different folks!

I am on the 7.99 plan. Stream as much as you want.  When I watch what I want to watch, I cancel it for the following month.  lol

I'm glad you liked the movie, ThreeStep.
