Poor things. They are so puffed up that they look like they're Chickadee shaped. I'm not sure they'd expect this odd weather with such late snow.

Dee, this is not a late snow. This is a right smack in the middle of late winter normal snow. :)
And it wasn't that cold. We got about 2 feet of snow, but it is heavy wet snow, it was about 32 today. The doveys live here all year round. They are used to winter. Hug1

There are 5 doves. I didn't even see the chickadee until I went looking to see why you saw 6 doves! funny2

Look at the length of the tail feathers, and you'll see which is which.

Oh, you're right! I guess because the level of snow on the sill was so high.
