I've still got to make an appointment with the accountant. No, we don't do our own anymore b/c owning rental property can get ticky.

I bought a house last year. Mine are going to be a disaster........................... IF Paul Trans ever gets off their collective lazy asses and sends me my W2!!!

I hope you've saved all the receipts to any upgrades you've done. Even paint counts.
