I've been using these. I don't use them every night or even most nights. Just when I find myself waking again and again from snoring or not breathing. I get up, wipe my nose skin with a little rubbing alcohol, then put one on. It helps.
They work pretty well. They come off easy and the adhesive washes away with soap.
I am using the "Extra Clear Sensitive Skin" ones
