So Jennie-Jennie was your birthday present to yourself when you got her?

Actually I never have connected the two events. I started feeling her long before she came forever home.  Before she even showed up at my friends house.  I knew there was a cat needing me, but I didn't know it was Jennie until we met!

Sorry I'm late to this party, but the Happy Birthday wishes are just as sincere.  I hope you had a WONDERFUL day, my dear friend!

I don't know you'll have to ask Queen Eva.  funny2 funny2  I didn't even notice she had interjected when I posted.

Yeah, birthdays are a big deal in my department.  My second week there we celebrated someone's birthday and that was when they told me that.  So I wondered if I would get a party on my birthday a couple weeks later, but nobody mentioned it. I figured no one knew yet when mine was, and I was too shy to say anything until almost the very end of the day. Then, G hurried around ran across the street to the bakery, got a box of cookies, came back gathered everyone to my desk and they sang and we ate cookies.  They were "mad" at me for not telling them sooner.
