You may want to copy and paste a few of the label details that are stretching the truth.  (How is THAT for being PC?)  ;)

Breyers ice cream, not so long ago, got called out for referring to all their flavors as "all natural," when all the ingredients were not natural in every flavor.  They had to change their labels accordingly.  Too bad the pet food mfg don't have to follow the same rules.

Since this stuff is NOT  marketed for human, omnivore consumption, they should be in a boatload of trouble with that alone.

"No Fillers"?  And what is all that grain, fruit and veggies then?  Filler.  Cats bodies don't process them, they go right through.  "Antioxidant" fruits are antioxidant for humans not cats.  The fruits have no benefit to the cat, as cats' bodies do not digest fruit. Flax is a source of omega 3, true, but it is not a "good" source for cats.  Cats' bodies don't digest grains and flax is a grain.
