Chase Bank Question

(1/1)

Lola:
If anyone banks with Chase... can you see (online or on paper) DEPOSITS, that are in the form of a check, made to your account?

Pookie:
I don't know about Chase specifically, but I'm not aware that banks post deposited checks online.  That said, you can ask the bank to provide copies of deposited checks (and copies of the deposit slips) and they should provide them to you.  I don't know if they charge for the service or not, but they do keep copies of those items.

I hope this helps!   HeadButt

EDIT:  I should say, if you ask the bank for copies, it helps them if you can provide a check number, amount and/or date (range) of deposit to help them find what you're looking for.  You can ask for copies of all deposited checks for July 2018, and you'll get a pile o'paper, but if you know specifically what you need, the more information you can give them, the better.

AK49BWL:
You can, just log into your account and select the account the check was deposited to. Every transaction is logged with info about where the money went or came from. Some checks you can even click and there will be pictures of them.

ThreeStep:
As Brandon wrote - log in. You may have to adjust your view to 'deposit' or 'all'. If everything fails and you have a lot of patience - call customer service.

Lola:
I don't bank with Chase.
I CAN see checks that have been deposited, with my bank.  I was just needing to know if Chase was the same.
Thanks
