Aw thanks Lola! Apology not necessary, but accepted all the same.  I had a lovely day, from opening a present first thing upon arising (it came in the mail the week before but I saved it for my birthday) to a wonderful wonderful visit with my sister, and I finished the day off with a nice long walk in the evening after I got back. (My sister lives 100 miles away)

The day after I had a chocolate cup cake hang over though, because my sister made me delicious chocolate cup cakes and insisted I take them ALL home with me.

What was in the package?  ;)
You didn't HAVE to eat all the cupcakes within a certain time frame.  Not like cupcakes are a pint of ice cream.   Bumpurr1

Yeah I did. It was the only way to get rid of them so I didn't eat cup cakes every day for a week.  A pint of ice cream?  That's nothing! :D

Can't see the present too well, but I do like the kitty "pointing" it out.   :)

It's one of those dried flora arrangement wreaths.  She's not pointing to it she's trying to eat it.  When I opened it she pounced on it and took a big chomp. I knew right then I would not be able to keep it in the house, but I hung it on the bathroom door for a minute just to see what she would do.....immediately after I took that picture she launched herself at it and was hanging from it by her claws, and I had to put down the camera and pick her off.

The wreath is now outside, where it will remain forevermore. ;D
