Lola

Thought maybe I should just give each of my cats their own thread...as needed.  lol

Lola has the chin acne/allergy thing going on!  It isn't totally horrible, at the moment.  Taking her to the vet... well, we all know how THAT will work out!  For those that don't know my vet... he will give her a cortisone shot, yell at me for feeding raw, and recommend Hill's RX gimmick carp.

Looking over my notes and trying to see what change may be the cause... not easy, because it seems the chin bumps take a while to form and a while to clear.

She had one chin bump, before feeding Rad Cat.  I think it is safe to say there isn't any allergic/intolerance going on there.
All steel bowls have been thrown out, a few weeks ago.  (I never used plastic.)  Everyone is fed individually on Corelle dishes, that are washed after every meal.

Rabbit has been in rotation for a long time, but it isn't fed as often as chicken and turkey.  It has been fed more often recently.
Duck is is fairly new to the rotation...and it was fed two days in a row last week.

Soooooo, my process of elimination is going to start with no duck being fed.

Of course if her chin gets worse, instead of better...I WILL take her to the vet.

Is she on any antacids?  If I remember correctly, I think when you switched Roxy from Pepcid to Prilosec, it helped her chin issues, so I thought I'd ask.

Good luck!  fingerscrossed

No antacids.  No one takes anything now, except Lysine when needed.
