What sticks out at me is these were all cases where the "breeder" purchased the vaccine (from where?) and vaccinated at home, not through the vet.
The puppies all seemed a bit young for vaccines besides. Perhaps if these "breeders" would keep their puppies longer and wait to vaccinate until the puppies are older, these things wouldn't happen.
Note: the incidents happened in January 2010. Any more deaths since then? Was it just a bad batch of vaccine purchased from some questionable supplier, because the "breeders" were out to save a buck?
