Need help finding a thread
« on: September 16, 2015, 07:54:23 PM »
Remember when we found out By Nature had discontinued ALL their organic line?  We had a discussion on it, and I found and bought up a bunch of cases of their turkey before it all disappeared.  I need to find that thread because I need to know where I bought it.  Five cans in one case were damaged in shipment.  I have only just discovered this when I went to open up one of the last cases and found some very disgusting stuff.  I took pictures (you don't want to see them).  I want my money back for those five cans but I can't remember which place I ordered them from.

I am useless at searches.  I've been searching for 20 minutes and can't find the right thread.

Thanks for any help!

Was it this one?  http://parenting-furkids.com/index.php?topic=3275.msg23056#msg23056

I saw something about PFD (Pet Food Direct).  If you order online, do they email you a receipt?  If so, would it still be in your email?

To help you in the future... go to the home page of the forum.  Type in keywords (by nature organic, in this instance) in the Search box.  A list of threads will come up that contain those words.

Yep, that's how I found it.  It was down a ways in the results, though.

Thanks I did search.  but there were too many threads and I am too short on patience and/or time. I'm so grateful Pookie was willing to do my work for me.

i got no joy from PFD by the way.  I figured I wouldn't but it was worth a try.  They did however get a pageful about their packing/handling (cans I bought from there were ALWAYS dented, absolutely always) and the reason I no longer buy from them (Petsmart)

I requested my feedback be forwarded to an executive, and I requested a reply so I knew my request was granted. We shall see.  I know they don't GAD but I was on a roll haha.

I thought maybe the Search Function needed some clarification.  For example... I have to remember to go back to the Home page when I want to search for something.  If I don't... the search only searches in the thread that I am in.
I TOTALLY understand the "short on patience" feelings.  :)

It will be interesting to see if you hear anything back from PFD.  Keep us posted!
