Learning To "Come" On Command
« on: June 14, 2019, 12:58:21 PM »
Some of you might remember... we have to go very slowly with Misa.  One mistake, and she reverts back to her old self.

Our most recent success has been teaching her to come to us, when asked.  For the record, she aced it!

However....
The other day, I requested that she come to me.  She ignored me.  I tried again.  No response.  Not even a slight tail wag acknowledging that I was speaking to her.  Hmmmmmm   I was at a loss.

Hubby says to me, "Why don't you try calling her by HER name, 'Misa,' instead of Lacy."   What do ya know... it worked.   Silly7

This may sound snooty - Americans spell my first name with a C instead of a K. I generally pu tip, with it for a while and then send emails back.

Hubby and I are at that stage where we HAVE to laugh at ourselves.  Never a dull moment... lately.   Silly7
