Title: If you've ever wondered how much the salt matters....

Wonder no more.  It matters quite a lot.  You woulnd't think forgetting to add 1 teaspoon of salt to the pancake batter would affect the taste that much. But I'm here to tell you, it does lol.

I ate them anyway but my pancake craving probably wasn't satisfied, so I may have to do it again soon. Usually only make them once a year.

I remember doing something like that once.  How can a pinch of whatever it was, really make a difference.  Found out it does! 

Do you have a re-do planned in the near future?  :)
