The problem I had with them was the first time I ordered. They were running a free shipping promotion on Weruva. I ordered three kinds, but one of the cases that came had an expiration date of only a month away. I contacted them and they refunded me for the case, without requiring me to return it (I gave it to the shelter, because I knew it would be used up fast enough).
They also said, they try very hard to make sure food shipped out has at least a year or more left on the expiration dates, and they were sorry for the mistake. If I wanted, whenever I was placing an order, I could call them first to confirm dates on the food, before ordering it.
