I bought my first Rad Cat from this store.  The frozen food shipping surcharge is on top of regular shipping, and the order arrived a day earlier than expected. That might be a good thing when ordering non perishables, but it could have been a real problem for me, if I hadn't happened to stop home for something I had forgotten, and found the box on my door step sitting in the sun  I had arranged my schedule to be home the following day, when the order was expected.

I don't mean to sound like I am bashing them, but that was not a good start.

Since then I continue to check this store for prices and promotions when ordering pet supples, but they usually lose out to other stores with better deals.  I think I have gotten some Stella & Chewy's from them once, at a good price.

Anyway, that the sell by the can is a great thing.

The more info the better!  :)
I've had a few items arrive a day early lately.  I just assumed USPS was ahead of schedule..which most people would be happy about.  Like you, I arranged to be home when I was told the delivery would arrive.  Frozen items.  Items that need a signature.  High theft items.  A day early isn't always a good thing.
I'm signed up with UPS to receive delivery notifications, via email.  So far, that has worked out pretty good.

The Rad Cat was delivered Fed Ex.  I prefer USPS because I use a post office box but not everyone will ship through the mail.  That's my one beef about National Pet Pharmacy and Chewy.com.  They won't ship through the mail.

FexEx would work for me.  They always deliver in the mornings.  :)
Yeah... a lot of companies don't ship via USPS.  Forgot about that.
