I posted this because ...I THOUGHT I had read that Dr. Jean Hofve was "involved" with this particular food.  The only info I can find now ...she is the resident veterinarian of Only Natural Pet Store.  That info is from a blog post from 2012.

I've been reading up on their foods too.  Agar-agar is the replacement pet food manufactures are using instead of carrageenan.  I suspect it is no better.
