Frozen - that way the moisture content in the food remains the same.  thumbsup1

Fair enough, there are companies out there that offer raw freeze dried food that can be rehydrated but why pay a load of dosh for a technology that extrudes a key ingredient in the cat's diet only for you to add it back in later?
