If you have any questions or concerns regarding your account or an order, or just want to give us a howl, you can contact the Pet360 Pack at 1 (877) 973-8360, Monday—Friday 8AM to 10PM, Saturday & Sunday 9AM-5:30PM ET, or email us at care@pet360.com.

Thanks Dee.  If I haven't gotten it resolved by the weekend I'll give them a call.  I am much too tired, with limited time, to deal with this kind of stuff on the phone on week nights.

I trust youHeadButt If it comes to that, would you be willing?  I could change my password right after so it's not like you'd have the responsibility of it for long.

I didn't want to offer and possibly make you uncomfortable.  :)  I can do whatever you want...whenever you want.  Email my gmail account... I have the best access to it, on a timely basis.  I also have a phone.  :)

Yea, let me email her first and let her know. Did you ever get a chance to call them?

Hey MC, I emailed the lady from Pet360 and she wanted to know if I could pass along your name, email, and phone number to her. If you're OK with me giving it to her you can send me a message. She said it sounds like a possible technical issue.

Just today, and just in time.  I had to clear all cookies to do it.  I HATE HATE HATE clearing cookies because then I have to re-log in to everything, and it is a PAIN IN THE ASP to do it.

Then it wouldn't recognize my log in so I had to re do that too.  But at least I am in.  But still annoyed that I have to now re set all my log ins everywhere.

PS thank you Ann.  Sorry I never got back to you.

Well, that's good! It is a hassle to reset cookies =/ Don't worry about not getting back with me, I understand.

I clear everything, but my passwords… daily.  What browser are you using?

I use FireFox.  I see no way to choose what to clear and what not to clear.  That's why I never clear cookies. It's too much of a pain in the neck to have to reset everything. User name and password for every place I use...it's just a pain in the neck.  Some I may not go into for week and by the time I do, I've forgotten that I had cleared cookies so have to start all over hunting down user names and passwords.  I have them all in a note book, but still, it's just a pain in the NECK.   funny2

Can't help you with Firefox.  Can't remember why it pizzed me off, and I stopped using it.  lol  Anyway… I use Chrome and Safari.  With both I can clean history, cookies, cache, etc …. and leave passwords intact.
