Just some things, you may not be aware of.  Bumpurr1

Your phone co, wireless or landline, owns, your phone number, you do not. They have the right to sell it to other companies.  Unlisted, only means, it is not listed in the phone book, they can still sell the number.  The do not call list, is only for telemarketers, telemarketers sell things, the do not call list, does not apply to survey companies, survey companies are not selling things, they are only doing a survey.  When they call, you can request, they put your number, on THEIR do not call list, which can take up to 2 bus days to process, and it is only for their list. They have no control over other companies that call.  Being nasty, screaming and hanging up, is not, going to keep them from calling back.  Bumpurr1
