Hairball season has definitely started.   :(  I already give Pookie 1/2 capsule of lecithin in the morning and the other 1/2 at night.  Is it better to give the whole capsule at once?  I'm wondering if I need to give him a whole capsule in the morning and another at night, but I really hate to increase it that much.  Maybe 1/2 in the morning, 1 whole capsule at dinner?   :-\

Mazy (the one with motility problems and regurgitation) was getting a whole in the morning and a half in the evening but I have increased her to a whole capsule twice a day, except on the days she gets raw egg yolk. On those days (Wednesday and Sunday) day she just gets her whole one in the morning.

The other two remain at a half capsule every other day.  Once in a while I give them a whole one, just in case they need extra help this time of year, but those two never have hairball trouble, ever.

Thanks, MC!  DrLisaPiersonWorthy  Looks like I'll need to get more lecithin so I can increase his dose.
