I don't know about Chase specifically, but I'm not aware that banks post
deposited checks online. That said, you can ask the bank to provide copies of deposited checks (and copies of the deposit slips) and they should provide them to you. I don't know if they charge for the service or not, but they do keep copies of those items.

EDIT: I should say, if you ask the bank for copies, it helps them if you can provide a check number, amount and/or date (range) of deposit to help them find what you're looking for. You can ask for copies of all deposited checks for July 2018, and you'll get a pile o'paper, but if you know specifically what you need, the more information you can give them, the better.
