I LOVE daylight savings time.  When I wake up on that Sunday morning in March every year (so glad it was extended) I feel...RIGHT..for the first time since the first weekend in November.

I think a lot depends where a person lives... whether they like it or not.
My friends in Alaska don't.  Of course, I don't know everybody in Alaska.  :)

I wonder how much difference it really makes in Alaska anyway.

My son said that time doesn't matter in Alaska. The only reason for time is to know when your flight is taking off from base. He's hated being there on trips and training maneuvers no matter what time of year it is. He says that spring/summer when the melt starts is the nastiest time though. He said that all winter, people will just throw trash outside. Then it's there, rotting in the mud, when the melt starts. But he thinks that Fairfield is nastier than Anchorage.
