Yes my credit card was charged, when I placed the order. If this company is doing anything hokey... my credit card company is on to them now!
I didn't ask the company for a refund. After all their lies, they didn't deserve that consideration. Remember this was my second purchase from them. I should have bought a clue, after the first time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Slow to ship. Lost my order. Forgot my order. Just be HONEST. It was the lies that made my blood boil.
After both experiences, and doing a little Googling... this is apparently the way they run their business. Sooooo, I wanted them to have to pay a fine and have it on their record.
I am SERIOUSLY bummed. I wanted the product. The product is good. Very well made. Being able to expand the enclosure, as wanted, was beyond cool. The company just has no ethics. The enclosure will have to remain the size that it is.
