Can you ask her vet?
The vet put her on this:
https://www.amazon.com/Rx-Vitamins-Pets-Hepato-Support-Capsules/dp/B003PR32TGHowever, it's a "prescription" which means it probably costs a LOT more than what I was looking at, which contains the same main ingredient, and the products I posted about are also organic and made in the USA. I don't know about the one the vet prescribed.
But my other concern was that my mother has arthritic hands, and she has to open these capsules and mix the powder into her dog's food. Opening capsules with arthritic hands . . . IMO, makes it harder for her than it needs to be, even though she's using a knife to do it (which also makes me a little nervous). I was looking at products that were just powder so all she had to do was scoop it out and mix into the food.
I did finally order the Herbsmith milk thistle, which will be direct-shipped to her.
On a bit of a side note . . . I do wish the vet hadn't given the dog a rabies booster, esp. since she wasn't due for another 7 months. Her liver is already carrying a toxic load, which is why she's getting the milk thistle. It makes no sense to me to add to that burden when it's not yet necessary, and before the milk thistle has had time to work. But . . . what's done is done.
